#180 fava beans & panchetta

.15 lb panchetta
1 garlic clove (minced)
~1 cup fava beans
2 slices of bread (toasted)

Boil fava beans ~2-3 mins in water, rinse in cold water and shell. Dice panchetta and saute 4-5 mins until almost crisp, add in garlic and cook another 1-2 mins. Add fava beans and stir to heat.

Serve over toast
