1/3 lb catfish
1 jalepeno (seeded, cut in half)
2 slices of lemon
olive oil/salt/pepper
Rinse fish, pat dry, rub with a bit of oil/salt/pepper, place in the center of aluminum foil. Place jalepeno and lemon slices on top and seal foil tightly. Cook at 400 for 20 mins.
