*this makes 1/2 a batch ~8 cupcakes*
2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tbsp butter (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar and then add the egg, mix well. Add milk, flour, cocoa, baking soda/powder and mix until smooth. Spoon into cupcake cups and bake at 350 ~20 mins
