#352 cinnamon sugar hazelnuts

1/2 of a egg froth mixture (see recipe #352)
1 cup hazelnuts
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Mix hazelnuts with egg froth then stir in remaining ingredients. Bake at 250 ~45 mins-1 hr (until the sugar firms up)
