#346 cheese fondue (serves 5)

1/2 lb swiss cheese
1/2 lb gruyere cheese
1 cup dry white wine (savignon blanc)
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh ground nutmeg

In a food processor puree/shed the cheeses, then mix the cheeses with the flour, salt and nutmeg. Simmer the wine in the fondue pot, stir in cheese and keep stirring until it is smooth.
