#344 mexican chicken soup

3-4 cups chicken stock
1/2 jar of salsa
1/4 of an onion (diced)
1 carrot (diced)
1/2 can of pinto beans
1/4 cup shredded chicken

sour cream and cheese to serve

Simmer together stock, salsa, onion, carrot, beans and chicken ~10 mins. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
