2 links chorizo (~1/3 lb) (sliced thin)
5 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup dry lentils
1/4 cup barley
1/4 cup bulgur wheat
1/4 cup orzo
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 carrot (diced thin)
Simmer everything together until lentils are cooked (~20-25 mins)
