#316 cranberry relish

3/4 cup cranberries
1 jalepeno pepper (deseeded, chopped big)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayo (next time use silken tofu)

In a food processor process cranberries, jalepeno, sugar and mayo, mix well. Use as a dip for veggies or bread, or cranberry puffs!
