1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 a beaten egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Cream butter and sugar together, add egg. Then stir in flour and baking powder. Press into a 9 inch pie pan and poke a few holes in the crust with a fork. Bake 10-15 mins at 350 until golden.
