2 garlic cloves
2 inches fresh ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp siracha sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 pasta (i had linguini on hand)
leftover chicken
Add the first set of ingredients to a blender (garlic through peanut butter), blend until smooth. Cook pasta, drain, add sauce and simmer a few minutes to thicken, stir in chicken.
