#60 dukkah

1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup nuts
1 tsp kosher salt (not table salt)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp tumeric

Throw it all in a food processor and process until finely chopped.

To serve: dip bread in olive oil and then in dukkah.

This recipe came all the way from N Zealand, where I was first introduced to dukkah.
