1 large sausage link (chopped)
2 med potatoes (diced)
1/2 onion (diced)
1 large clove garlic (diced)
4 cups stock
1/2 bunch chard (diced)
Saute onion and garlic in oil ~5 mins. Add sausage, brown, add potato and stock. Simmer until potatoes are done, add chard, cook ~5 mins and serve.
