#78 cherry, mango, pear salad with cardamon marinade

1/4 cup cherries (frozen, defrosted)
1 mango (diced)
1-2 pears (diced)
4 tsp sugar
zest of 1 orange
1/8 tsp cardamon

Mash together sugar and zest until well mixed, add cardamon. Toss with fruit and let sit at least 30 mins.
