1 can black bean (drained, reserve liquid)
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp black bean water
juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
Put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more lemon juice/salt as needed.
