1/4 onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup orzo
~1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
Saute onion in olive oil ~3-4 mins, add garlic and cook until fragrant, add water and when water boils add orzo, cook until all water is absorbed. Stir in cheese.
