#264 apple chese spread

4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 granny smith apple (finely grated over the bowl to save juices)
lemon juice

Mix everything together, add a tsp or so of lemon juice over grated apple so it doesn't brown.
