#55 pork and mushrooms over polenta

1 cup polenta (leftover)
1 large portobello mushroom, sliced
enough pork for 2 servings, sliced
1/4 onion, diced
sour cream

Saute onion with portobello mushroom ~5 mins, add pork, cook until pork is done ~5 mins, stir in sour cream, serve over polenta.
