#84 green curry white rice

1 can coconut milk
2 tbsp thai green curry paste
2 tbsp fish oil
3/4 cup rice
1/2 cup water

Saute green curry paste in pan a minute, add coconut milk, stir to combine and bring to a boil, add rice, cook ~20 mins, add water, cook until rice is done, add fish sauce. Serve with chicken and veg.
