#202 zuchinni salad

1 yellow zuchinni
1 green zuchinni
1/2 lemon
olive oil
salt
1/4 of a red pepper (diced)

Slice zuchinni with a potato/carrot peeler into large-width thin slices, mix with red pepper and add juice of 1/2 a lemon. Add a tbsp or so of oil and salt to taste
