#249 poori

1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup white wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp salt
~1/2 cup warm water

Mix flours, salt and oil together, add enough water to knead into a dough, knead a few minutes and let rest 30 mins. Fry in oil, ~2 mins each. (makes 9, can double recipe)
