#246 maitake & pom pom mushrooms

4 oz maitake mushrooms (chopped big)
4 oz pom pom mushrooms (chopped big)
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tsp sour cream

Heat olive oil in pan and add garlic, heat until fragrant and add mushrooms. Saute ~5 mins, stir in cream and serve.
