#263 chorizo soup
3 cups chicken stock
1/4 lb dried spanish chorizo (cut in half and diced)
1 potato (diced)
~1/4 cup lentils
1 carrot (diced thin)
Add everything together in a pot and simmer ~20 mins until lentils and potato are cooked
