#239 chicken salad
2 chicken tenders, cooked and diced
3/4 of a cucumber (diced)
~1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (diced)
~1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
1.5 banana peppers (diced)
handfull of fresh basil, minced
few tbsp mayonaise
Mix everything together and serve on crusty bread
