#144 brown rice with mint & lemon
1/2 cup uncooked brown rice
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup fresh chopped mint
juice of 1 lemon
Cook rice according to directions, ~30-40 mins. Stir in lemon juice and mint and serve
